1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website carwrapsatlanta.net and/or engaging Car Wraps Atlanta (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for vehicle wrap design, printing, or installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Car Wraps Atlanta specializes in providing custom commercial vehicle wrap, partial wrap, and spot graphics services in the Atlanta, GA metro area. Our services include:
- Design Consultation and Graphic Creation.
- High-Resolution Printing and Lamination using commercial-grade vinyl materials (primarily 3M™ and Avery Dennison™).
- Certified Installation of vehicle graphics and wraps.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
- Quotes: All price quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the client (vehicle type, size, coverage, and design complexity). Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total service cost) is required before any design work or material ordering commences.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full immediately upon completion of the installation and before the vehicle is released to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities and Obligations
- Vehicle Condition: The client must deliver the vehicle to our facility clean, dry, and free of dirt, wax, or oil. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee or reschedule the installation if the vehicle is not adequately prepared.
- Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for ensuring all provided measurements, vehicle information, and logo assets are accurate and free of errors.
- Original Paint Condition: The client acknowledges that vinyl wrap removal may cause damage to weak, chipped, peeling, or aftermarket paint finishes. Car Wraps Atlanta is not responsible for pre-existing damage or paint failure during the removal process.
5. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Client Assets: The client grants Car Wraps Atlanta the right to use the client’s logos, trademarks, and design assets solely for the purpose of fulfilling the wrap contract. The client warrants they have the necessary rights to use all provided materials.
- Wrap Design: All custom graphic designs created by Car Wraps Atlanta remain the intellectual property of Car Wraps Atlanta until full payment is received. Usage of design elements without final payment is prohibited.
6. Warranties and Limitations
- Material Warranty: We use premium vinyl from manufacturers like 3M™ and Avery Dennison™. The longevity and performance of the vinyl are subject to the manufacturer’s specific warranties.
- Installation Warranty: Car Wraps Atlanta provides a limited warranty against lifting, bubbling, or peeling caused by installation error for a period of 6 months. This warranty is voided by client misuse, damage, or improper care.
- Disclaimer: We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenue, lost fleet utilization time, or damage to the vehicle’s paint or clear coat.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
