1. Introduction and Scope
This Limited Warranty is provided by Car Wraps Atlanta (“Installer”) and covers the workmanship related to the professional installation of commercial vehicle graphics and wraps. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the wrap service and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Periods
Our warranty is solely limited to the installation labor performed by Car Wraps Atlanta.

The film’s longevity and performance are solely subject to the manufacturer’s warranty (3M™ or Avery Dennison™), and the client must contact the manufacturer directly for any material-related claims. |
3. Exclusions and Voided Warranty
This warranty does NOT cover or apply to damage caused by:
- Material Failure: Any issues originating from the vinyl product itself (e.g., cracking, fading, adhesion loss) are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty, not the Installer.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Damage to the vehicle’s paint or clear coat occurring before, during, or after installation (especially if the underlying paint was weak, chipped, oxidized, or non-OEM/factory paint).
- Improper Care: Failure to follow proper care and cleaning instructions (e.g., pressure washing too closely, using abrasive cleaning chemicals, or improper waxing).
- External Damage: Damage from accidents, road debris (chips, scratches), automated car washes (especially brushes), abrasion, or negligence.
- Wear and Tear: Minor lifting at extreme compound curves, rivets, or seams that is considered normal wear and tear for that specific application type.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
- Notification: The client must notify Car Wraps Atlanta immediately upon discovery of a potential defect, providing the date of discovery and detailed photos of the issue.
- Inspection: The client must bring the vehicle to our installation facility in Atlanta, GA, for a mandatory physical inspection within the six (6) month workmanship period.
- Remedy: If a valid defect covered under this workmanship warranty is found, Car Wraps Atlanta’s obligation is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective portion of the wrap installation labor. We are not liable for any other incidental costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
Car Wraps Atlanta’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the installation labor during the six (6) month period. We assume no liability for the material itself, nor for any other damages, including lost revenue, lost fleet utilization time, or damage to the vehicle’s paint.
